Configuring Ip Monitor |
| Attachment(s): |
|
Between the procedures drafted last week and your department's
recent recommendations, our new monitoring procedures are almost
up-to-speed. We've purchased a complete software package for
C-Bay's monitoring.
Among the items considered to help us monitor C-Bay's network
is the program IpMonitor, which should be arriving shortly. In
the meantime, I want to do a “test run” by downloading,
setting up, and configuring the trial version of this program;
we want to hit the ground running when the software arrives.
You can see an overview of the program and download a trial
version at the following URL's, respectively:
Configure the screens in the trial version listed in the outline
in the forwarded email below, and then send me screen captures
of the pages you've configured.
You've done nice work since you joined our team--well done!
Thanks,
IT Director
