To help us prepare for potential security emergencies, I'd like you to generate a list of both the general threats we should be aware of that can affect all types of companies (sort of a list of “top 20 ” IT industry-wide alerts), as well as vulnerabilities to which C-Bay is particularly susceptible, based on its business, hardware, software, platform, etc. This list will be continually updated based on advances within the field, changes in the online real estate industry, and C-Bay's growth, so keep it user-friendly.

Also be sure to include in your list any incidents that we've already encountered, such as the problems we faced during the server outages, and include a brief description of what actions we took to avoid future occurrences.

I've attached C-Bay's network topology maps and network hardware and software specifications in case you'd like to refer to them.
