PartnersFoothill - De Anza Community College District (FHDA) is the fiscal agent for the project. De Anza College is the lead college and has partnered with Foothill College in order to make the quality instructional resources of both campuses available to students in the program. SRI InternationalSRI International (formerly Stanford Research Institute) is one of the world's leading independent research and technology development organizations. SRI's Center for Technology in Learning (CTL) seeks to advance theory and research on effective learning and teaching. SRI International is designing an assessment toolkit that will be used by faculty to create principled assessments for the evaluation of student learning within the scenario tasks. Dr. Louise Yarnall, Research Social Scientist, is leading this design effort. Carnegie Mellon University-WestCarnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh is world renowned for its undergraduate and graduate education in Computer Science and technical fields. Its Silicon Valley branch campus, located in the NASA Ames Research Center at Moffett Field, California, is home for a set of Master's level programs based on Story–Centered Curriculum. Carnegie Mellon University-West (CMU-West) has been a major contributing partner in the design and development of the project. Dr. Ray Bareiss, Professor of the Practice, is a nationally recognized expert in the learn-by-doing pedagogy. Dr. Bareiss is a key consultant for our faculty development efforts.
